COVID-19 company updates and policies:

Here at BE Cleaning the health and safety of all our staff and clients comes first. During, this frightening time we would like to reassure all clients that we are taking the correct precautions to ensure your safety when returning to the workplace. Below is a list of policies and services we will be able to offer as and when our clients return to their workplace.

TO ENSURE SAFETY OF ALL STAFF:

· All staff will be required to wear gloves and face masks whilst cleaning.

· No staff will be allowed to work, if he or she has Covid-19 symptoms, however mild, or when someone in their own household has any symptoms.

· All staff will be fully trained and equipped to deal with the specific problems encountered when dealing with COVID-19.

· All staff will wash their hands upon entry to a site using soap and water for 20 seconds. Hands will be washed regularly throughout cleaning.

· Where facilities to wash hands are unavailable all staff will be required to use hand sanitiser that shall be carried with them.

· Cleaners will wash all cloths and mop covers at a high temperature (60C+) after every use.

TO ENSURE SAFETY OF ALL CLIENTS:

· We will offer an emergency support and advice email (contact form below) in which you can contact us throughout the day with regards to maintaining a clean working environment during a working day.

· For clients looking to increase the amount of cleaning, we have the capacity to provide improved schedules.

· We will now offer a range of specialist cleaning techniques, including dry steam cleaning, deep cleaning, anti cross contamination and fogging.

· All cleaners can pay attention to ‘high touch’ areas, such as, doors, cupboard handles, light switches, remotes, tables and counter tops if you require.

· Surfaces will be cleaned using regular products, then disinfectant that is certified to kill 99.9% of germs, such as Dettol Antibacterial surface cleaner spray or Xtra protect sanitiser.

· Warm water will be used to clean surfaces and mop floors, to maximise the effectiveness of cleaning products.
